As an Internal Family Systems informed psychotherapist, with a clinical practice centered on trauma, dissociation, and identity development, my work aims to help individuals consider themselves holistically from a mind-body perspective.
My expertise in gender dysphoria has afforded me the opportunity to regularly support therapists working in this area and to educate professionals in competent practice with gender non-conforming people, identity development, and psychosocial approaches to managing gender dysphoria.
I hold a Master of Social Work from Hunter College’s Silberman School of Social Work, completed graduate training in LGBT behavioral health at Callen-Lorde Community Health Center’s Thea Spyer Center, and currently serve as President of Therapy First.
